Our Tutoring Approach
At Elite Tutoring Center, every child’s learning plan begins with understanding their unique academic needs. We start by requesting current testing data from parents—such as LEAP or DIBELS assessments—to gain insight into your child’s performance.
Our team carefully analyzes this data to identify the specific skill areas that need the most attention. For example, if a DIBELS reading report shows gaps across the five key literacy domains, we’ll focus on the area with the greatest need.
From there, we collaborate with parents to outline a targeted, personalized tutoring plan—complete with a detailed lesson roadmap and pacing strategy. This helps set clear expectations for progress and timelines, based on your child’s consistent attendance and engagement.

Payments are invoiced through an app called Bright wheels. You must accept the invite from the app before making the payments. We also accept cash payments.

Payments are emailed out on Tuesday, and they are due the Friday before the tutoring session. There is a $10.00 late fee payment that is automatically applied if payments are not made by Sunday.

If a child is not able to attend a scheduled tutoring session, then they have 7 business days from the day they miss to reschedule the missed appointment. Refunds are not given for missed appointments.
